Zoogage
is an educational resource for home loan consumers.
Created by a group of experienced loan officers Zoogage
is focused on publishing original content to help
consumers understand "what questions to ask" before
applying for a new home loan. |

| Why the Name - Zoogage? |
|
The home loan industry is
commonly referred to as a jungle by consumers and sometimes,
for good reason. There are hundreds of loan programs
to choose from, thousands of lenders and most of us go
through this process only a few times in life. While discussing the launch of
this company we tried to put together a name which would
identify our passion to build an online resource where industry
professionals would have an opportunity to contribute to the
better good and write unbiased articles about the home loan
industry. The idea of caging experienced industry
professionals was
discussed and that's exactly how Zoogage was born. |

| How Are We Different? |
|
We are very different than a mortgage lender because - it's
quite simple - we are not a
mortgage lender. Our commitment is to
provide unbiased information to the consumer. Sure, we
make some revenue through advertising relationships but you
will never see a popup ad or a sea full of emails from our
marketing team. You can unsubscribe anytime and you
can even submit a request for a story on a certain article.
In fact, all our electronic correspondence (if you signup
for any of our newsletters) is 100%
Ad Free.
It's all about you at Zoogage. We want our
visitors to roam freely through our Zoo and we will
do our very best to minimize ads while maximizing
content. |

| Our Relationship with Mortgage Lenders. |
|
Many mortgage lenders love us and those who don't
seem to be warming up. At the end of the day we do help bring a
stronger consumer to the
lending table and this provides any mortgage lender an
opportunity to create an extremely meaningful relationship
(long and short term with the borrower). Additionally,
the Zoogage consumer tends to have stronger purchasing power
and a much higher than average income. The real estate
boom is gone for the moment so lenders will soon realize
that education is the key to building more meaningful
relationships with homeowners. Eventually everyone will
love us. If not, we will just keep them in the cage. |
