Welcome to our Privacy Policy page.  Zoogage, Inc. owns and operates this website and we have established this Privacy Policy because we are firmly committed to privacy and we regard the protection of Internet privacy as a serious matter.  This Privacy Policy applies to all of the Web sites we operate and describes what information we collect from you when you visit one of our Web sites and how we use that information.

What Information Do We Collect?

As part of the regular operation of our Web sites, we collect information about you and your computer.  When you visit our Web sites to browse, read, or download information, we automatically collect and track certain technical and routing information about you, such as your home server domain names, type of computer, and type of Web browser in addition to tracking your use of our Web sites. This “Click Stream” data may be matched with personal information that you provide to us. When you contact us via e-mail we collect your e-mail address and store it in our database for use in contacting you.  We also collect the personal information you voluntarily submit to us through our online forms, registration forms, surveys, and contest entries, including your name, address, phone number, email address.

When you perform a search on our search engine, we record information about the search performed, but we do not record any information about who did the search.  We use the search requests to solve technical problems and to calculate overall usage statistics.

Our Web sites contain links to other Web sites.  We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other Web sites and are not responsible for any dealings with such Web sites.  Please contact these companies directly if you have any questions about their collection or use of information about you.

Our Use of Cookies

We also track information about you through the use of cookies.  Cookies are small data files, typically made up of a string of text and numbers, which assign you a unique identifier.  This information enables your computer to have a “dialogue” with our sites and permits us to administer our sites more efficiently and to provide a more tailored and user-friendly service to you.  We use two types of cookies. “Persistent” cookies are stored on your hard drive until deleted or until an expiration date. We use persistent cookies to assign an identifier number to your computer that will give you access to the sites and to store graphics files to record how the sites’ pages will be displayed to you. “Session” cookies are stored temporarily on your computer’s memory and are deleted when you log off the computer, exit the browser or if you are inactive on a site for a specified period. We use session cookies to permit you to access and navigate the sites without repeated log-ins and to personalize the sites according to your preferences. Our advertisers also place cookies on your hard drive that notify them automatically when you click on one of their advertisements.  You may disable cookies by changing your Internet preferences on your computer. In such case, you will have to re-log in each time you enter the sites to take advantage of the sites’ full capabilities.

How Do We Make Use of Your Information?

We use the information automatically collected from you when visiting our Web sites for editorial and feedback purposes, marketing and promotional purposes, statistical analysis of users' behavior, product development, Web site content improvement and facilitation of Web site use.  We also use the information in the aggregate without personal identifiers to inform advertisers as to how many visitors have seen or clicked on their advertisements.

The personal information provided by you, including name, postal and e-mail addresses, and phone numbers may be added to our database and used for future calls and mailings regarding site updates, new products and services, upcoming events, and status of orders placed online.  You may opt-out of receiving future mailings. (See Section 4, Opt-Out Right.)  Unique identifiers (such as social security numbers) are not collected by us to protect you from identity theft.  We may submit some or all of the personal information provided by you to a licensed mortgage professional that can assist with your request to obtain a mortgage quote however it is you choice to provide any further information to the professional.

What Disclosure of Your Information Do We Make?

We pre-screen third parties with whom we share, rent, sell, or otherwise disclose specific personal data.  We provide personal information only to reputable parties, as determined by us.  We intend that information we disclose to third parties will only be used by them for marketing products and services which we determine our visitors might find of interest.  We may also disclose information about you to others if we have a good faith belief that we are required to do so by law or legal process, to respond to claims, or to protect the property or safety of our company or our employees or others.

Although we feel these measures provide significant security for the information on our site, we caution you that no system is unconditionally secure.  Additionally, as we continually update our websites there may be times when such secure protection may not be in place.
